This adult Opossum was just trying to cross the road with a pouch full of babies, when she was hit by a car. She had nine babies in her pouch, three died, the other six survived. Mom and babies were released about two months later. This happened on County Road 208.

This adult Gray Fox was severely injured after being hit by a car and left for dead in a ditch. It took him over three weeks to even lift his head up. This happened in Hastings, off of Route 207.
