This adult Opossum was just trying to cross the road with a pouch full of
babies, when she was hit by a car. She had nine babies in her pouch, three
died, the other six survived. Mom and babies were released about two
months later. This happened on County Road 208. |

severely injured after being hit by a car and left for dead in a ditch. It
